Delete your SpeakWise account

You can delete your SpeakWise account and its data at any time.

In the app

1. Open SpeakWise and tap Settings (the gear icon on the home screen).
2. Tap Delete account, then confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out. If you signed in with Apple, you will be asked to confirm with Apple, and SpeakWise's access to your Apple ID is revoked.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, email support@stimuler.tech with the subject "Delete my SpeakWise account".

• Send it from the email address you use with SpeakWise.
• Tell us whether you signed in with Google or Apple. If you used Apple's "Hide My Email", include the relay address shown in your Apple ID settings under Sign in with Apple.

We will confirm the request and delete your account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Deleted immediately: your SpeakWise account, including your name, email address, and profile picture.
• Never stored: your voice recordings and transcripts. They are discarded as soon as each analysis finishes.
• Deleted automatically later: usage data, crash reports, and service logs linked to your account are removed when their retention periods end: service logs within 30 days, crash reports within 90 days, and usage data within 2 months.
